Baked Maple DonutsThese tasty things are a breeze to mix up, and so delic ! I often make them in the morning before going to work, and bring them along for my co-workers (so I don't eat the whole dozen that the recipe makes myself!!) I made half the batch gluten free by substituting a gluten free flour mix for the pastry flour called for in the recipe. When I compared the two versions side by side (gluten and gf) I could not tell A BIT of difference, either in texture or taste!! Recipe here (recipe #1).
