After 4.2 miles of hiking along an old FS road (1.7 miles of which we were going the wrong way ... came to an intersection and turned the wrong way!), we came to Poplar Hollow Creek. I'm not sure it's actually officially named, but on the topo maps this area is labeled "Poplar Hollow" so, it works!
Once at the creek, we started bushwhacking upstream, and in about 0.15 mile, we come to this little beauty.
VERY hard to photograph, because there is little to no real estate in which to stand and shoot! This photo gives the overall scene for the next 8 photos, that each show a portion of this waterfall.
There are 3 areas along these rocks where the water comes down ... the two you see here in the photo, and a third one just out of frame on the right. Note the log on the far right, and take note of that same log in the next photo.
